BE-LUXURY: two-room apartments from 40 to 55 square meters that can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
They are divided into BE–LUXURY 1891, BE–LUXURY 1901 and BE–LUXURY 1909.
The BE–LUXURY 1891 apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a large living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, private garden with outdoor furniture.. 
The BE–LUXURY 1901 apartment, on the ground floor, features two garden areas that guarantee tranquility and maximum privacy with outdoor furniture. The double bedroom with king size bed, sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower cubicle, one of which is barrier-free, differ from apartment 1891.
The BE–LUXURY 1909 apartment, on two levels and with a private entrance, can be considered an annex given its independence from the rest of the structure.

T-LUXURY: three-room apartments of 55 square meters that can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
They are divided into T-LUXURY 1938, T-LUXURY 1880, T-LUXURY 1912 and T-LUXURY 1928.
The T-LUXURY 1938 apartment, on the ground floor with a beautiful private garden furnished for outdoor use.
The T-LUXURY 1880 apartment, on the first floor, has a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden of the Elegance Riccione.
The T-LUXURY 1912 apartment on the second floor can also be reached by lift.
The T-LUXURY 1928 apartment, on the top floor, can also be reached by lift.
All three-room apartments consist of a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, room with French bed, two bathrooms with shower cubicle. Except the first, all the others also have two private balconies per apartment

Q-LUXURY: four-room apartments of 75 square meters that can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.
They are divided into Q-LUXURY 1439 and Q-LUXURY 1922.
