BE-Luxury Executive: two-room apartment on two floors of about 45 square meters, in the annex of the structure; it can accommodate up to 5 people.
This holiday apartment is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private garden with outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is the bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, a second bathroom with shower.
Among the many comforts of the apartment: microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, independent air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, smart TV both in the bedroom and in the living room, electronic safe, mosquito net window.

Some apartments of this type have a sofa bed/double sofa bed.
