| Rates in price list do not include (except where indicated in a different way): |
- Deposit € 100,00 to be refunded on departure if no damage has been incurred. In the case of youth groups, there is a € 260,00 deposit.
- By res. Millennium the caution is € 150,00 and in case of youth groups there is a deposit of € 260,00.
- By Portoverde Holiday Village (apartments Prestige)is requested a deposit up € 200 to € 250.
- Linen: possibility of hiring sheets at € 10,00 and towels at € 5,00 (prices per person per change) except when included in the apartment.
- On request: cots for children under 3 years old € 25,00 per week.
- On request: stroller for children € 30,00 per week.
- On request: extra bed € 100,00 per week.
- Pets permitted on request by paying a final cleaning € 35,00.
- Admission to the swimming pools in Residence Giardino and Portoverde Holiday Village to pay on the spot.
- Possibility to rent tv, washing machine and bicycles. It also possible to ask for a weekly cleaning of the apartment.
